Portsmouth - Tues/Thurs 5:30-9:30pm Signature Place, 501 Islington St, In the second floor training room. Next door to Dunkin Donuts. Keller Williams Coastal Realty.
Rochester - Wednesday 10am-2pm Strafford County Board of Realtors, 36 Industrial Way. Off exit 14.
Nashua - Friday 10am-2pm, 20 Trafalgar Square. Keller Williams of Nashua.
This 40-hour course is approved by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite for applying for a New Hampshire Salesperson License. In addition to attending this course, the applicant must pass a standardized examination with a score of 70 or above and pass a criminal background check in order to apply for the license.
This class can also be used by current Salesperson licensees to prepare for the New Hampshire Broker's test. Candidates must complete a total of 60 hours plus complete 6 transactions to qualify for the Broker test. This class ofers a special Broker test preparation class on the National Simulation portion of the exam.
Ms. Aldrich passed the National Simulation portion of the Broker test in April 2008.
NH Core Course

This is the 2013 currently N.H. Core Course, as required by the NH Real Estate Commission.
NH Correspondence CORE
3 credit hours for New Hampshire Real Estate Licensees
This 3 hour correspondence course will allows you to download and view the content to read the materials immediately after payment, take the 50 question quiz online and print your credit affidavit when you pass from your online Student Center. The quiz is scored online and you need a 80% to pass. You can take the quiz multiple times.
This 3 hour NH CORE course is required of all licensees, inactive and active, every 2 years.
